My favorite ride sharing app

Liftago is the best and safest taxi app in the Czech Republic. They have only certified drivers with a proper license who speak Czech. What’s more, you can choose your driver based on price, car model, rating or even on their handsome face :)
So you never have to be worried that a weirdo in a beat up old car will show up who will try to sell you hookers (a true story from another app)

Useful, but uninstalled - they abuse notifications

I’m not a daily taxi user, but kept the app installed just in case. From time to time, I enjoyed the features, such as reservation with child seat, etc.

But recently they started to abuse notifications and send me irrelevant marketing stuff. I don’t want to turn off the notifications, because this is taxi app, I need them.

I decided I’ll just uninstall the whole app because of this. Sorry, not sorry. If you guys give me no change than to either suffer through your marketing stuff or have no notifications on, then I use the same logic and just decide that it’s either app installed or not 🤷‍♂️

Great service, main feature missing

I have just finished my ride with liftago, a service I enjoy. What really made me uncomfortavle when the driver told me my payment did not proceed and thus we MUST pay in cash. After experience with both Uber and Bolt I expected, that in such case this kind of situation will be solved by top upping my card. NO!! You have to pay in cash, if this happens and there are no exclusions. Even though I like Liftago, I am thinking if changing the services for more professional, such as Bolt or Uber. I had to pay more than 30% extra because the driver did not have change!! 🙄in 21st century we have to solve such stiupid issues.
